Leave the Lipstick, Take the Iguana

I feel like jumping up and down like Steve Martin in The Jerk and screaming --“The new Phone Book is here! The new Phone Book is here!!” 

After two years in the making and a few long delays, plus a flip flop in the title (from Leave the Iguana to Take the Iguana and from Mascara to Lipstick)-- the latest Travelers' Tales humor anthology has finally arrived. I thought this day would never come. Yes, editing an anthology is fun, and an honor to be asked, but also a tremendous amount of work. Way more than I anticipated. But it feels great to hold it in my hot little hands and fan through the pages.

I can’t wait for you to hold it in YOUR hands too. The book should be in stores soon and available from Amazon on November 13th. But if you can, please support your local independent bookstore too.
